定の間隔をおいて第１のリブとの対向面の上端部に傾斜
面を形成した第２のリブを突設し、スペアヒユーズの脚
状部を第１のリブの溝に挿入するとともにスペアヒユー
ズの他の端縁を第２のリブの傾斜面より圧入し、両リブ
間にスペアヒユーズをカバ二本体面に沿って保持せしめ
