【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明な熱iJ塑性樹脂中空体同志り熱溶盾方法に関す
るもυで、接続部内面に生ずるピードυ冗生を抑え良好
な接続葡得ゐことt目的と丁ゐ0 熱可蹟性南脂製部品は、載面を融点以上に加熱し圧盾丁
ゐことにエリ、容易に溶層で1!!るため、部品の組立
Kに浴膚法が多用式nる。しかも、こり溶層f:、rc
浴眉而を加熱面、圧層丁ゐために、溶融側腹が、溶着面
胸囲に押出される。

第1図に、ソーラー・コレクターの側視図でろって、多
数υ管体r並行配列してなる来熱板1と管状のヘッダー
2を溶層により組立てたもO″?′ある0集熱板1にV

多数通っており、ヘッダ−2υ@面に設けられ友ヘッダ
ー分岐1t9と各々通じている。ソーラーコレクターと

陽熱を水に吸収させて使用する@従来の平板状の加熱板
で集熱板1とヘッダー2に溶層した場@−υ接続郁断面

7によりヘッダー分岐管91通水管10が絞られてしま
