That is, in this invention, the entirety of both cushion materials is impregnated with a resin adhesive, and then both sheet materials having air permeability between the upper and lower molds, both cushion materials, and the frame are laminated vertically in a predetermined order. After setting the upper and lower molds, the upper and lower molds are closed, and each layered member is pressurized entirely by the upper and lower molds, while the resin adhesive is impregnated into the entirety of both the cushioning materials. By drying and curing, the mutual contact surfaces of both sheet materials, both cushion materials, and the frame are fully bonded, thereby allowing each member of the laminated structure to form an integral structure without shifting from one another. It is possible to easily form a sun visor that does not easily lose its shape and has excellent durability and strength.

In particular, in the present invention, during pressurization when both the molds are closed, high-temperature, high-pressure air or steam is pumped into the mold spaces of the upper and lower molds to impregnate the entirety of the cushioning materials. By actively drying and curing the resin adhesive, the resin adhesive can be dried and cured in a short time, and uneven drying and curing can also be prevented.

1. The surface of the core body consists of two cushions on the front and back and an annular frame installed along the periphery between these two cushion materials, and the outer surface is made of two sheets of breathable sheet material on the front and back. A method for manufacturing a coated automotive sun visor, wherein the entirety of both cushioning materials is impregnated with a resin adhesive, and then a molding die having a mold space corresponding to the shape of the sun visor is formed. After setting the sheet materials, the cushioning materials, and the annular frame in a predetermined order by stacking them vertically between the lower mold and the upper mold, the upper and lower molds are closed to form the laminated shape. Each member is fully pressurized by both the upper and lower molds, and during this pressurization, high-temperature, high-pressure air or steam is force-fed into the mold spaces of both the upper and lower molds, so that the entire cushioning material is The sun visor is formed by actively drying and curing the resin adhesive impregnated with each of the two sheet materials, the two cushion materials, and the frame by fully adhering the mutual contact surfaces of the two sheet materials, the cushion materials, and the frame.
