の間に、前記両シート材、両クッション材及び環状の骨
枠を所定順に上下に積層してセットした後、前記上下の
両型を型閉じして前記積層状をなす各部材を前記上下の
両型により全面的に加圧し、しかも、この加圧時におい
て、前記上下の両型の型空間に高温、高圧の空気や蒸気
を圧送して、前記両クッション材の全体にそれぞれ含浸
された樹脂系接着剤を積極的に乾燥硬化させ、前記両シ
ート材、両クッション材及び骨枠の相互の接触面をそれ
ぞれ全面的に接着させてサンバイザーを形成することを
