ことを必要とする装置において、該装置の前記筐体と接
地間に抵抗を接続するとともに該抵抗を流れる電流によ
り作動するリレーを設は前記接地線の接及び断により前
記リレーを作動して前記装置の電源をそれぞれ接及び断
となすとともに、その状態を表示することを特徴とする
