Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は発泡体によるシート状緩衝材に関する。
更に詳しくは、発泡体長尺片が短片方向に且つ短片方向
の一部が互い違いに重なり連らなってシート状物をなし
、該シート状物の上下面が波形状となるよう構成された
ことを特徴とするシート状緩衝材に関する。
実施例により本考案を説明すれば、第１図に於て、案泡
体長尺片１がその短辺方向にＡ部で互い違いに重なり連
らなって且つ融着したシート状物を形成しており、重な
りかたが実質的に千鳥状となっているので、上記シート
状物の上下面が波形状を呈する訳である。
従って本考案のシート状緩衝材は長尺片のみから構成さ
れているので、第２図の様なシート本体２の上下面に凸
起３を有する緩衝材に比してシート本体２を必要とせず
発泡体の使用量の減少が計れると共に、シート本体２が
ないので巾方向の柔軟性に富みクッション性が良く、果
物等の敷物として極めて有効な考案である。
尚、発泡体長尺片の横断面形状は長方形・半円形・三角
形等種々の形状があり任意に選択すれば良い。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案のシート状緩衝材の一実施例を示す斜視
図、第２図は従来の緩衝材の横断面を示す図、第３図、
第４図はそれぞれ本考案の他の実施例を示す横断面図で
ある。 図中、１．１ ａ、１ ｂは発泡体長尺片、２はシート
本体、３は凸起、記号Ａは重なり部をそれぞれ示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発泡体長尺片が短片方向に且つ短片方向の一部が互い違
    いに重なり連らなってシート状物をなし、該シート状物
    の上下面が波形状となるよう構成されたことを特徴とす
    るシート状緩衝材。
