It is mainly wound around the body 1 using an automatic winding machine.

As shown in the figure, the amount of material 40 wound up is small near the center of the body 1, and as it approaches the flange 2, the amount of material 40 wound up increases.
There was a tendency for the winding condition to become drum-shaped.

The material near the flange 2 collapses and overlaps the material 4 around the center of the body. If the material 4 is pulled out in such a state, the material 4 will be scratched, which may cause contact failure, especially if the material 4 is an electrical contact material. The present invention has been made to solve this problem. It is an object of the present invention to provide a reel which prevents the material from being wound into a drum shape even when the material is wound up using an automatic winding machine.

。Hereinafter, the take-up reel according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 3. Seven lunges 6 are provided on both end surfaces of the body 5, and the diameter of the body 5 is increased from the center of the body 5 to both ends in contact with the seven flange 6. The body 5 is formed into a spindle shape by gradually decreasing the diameter.

Even if extra material is wound up in the vicinity, the diameter of that part is smaller than the diameter of the central part, so more material can be wound up than the central part, and therefore a predetermined amount of material 4 can be wound up as shown in FIG. reel 7
Even when wound up, the thickness of the material 40 can be wound without much difference between the central part of the body 5 and the vicinity of the 7 flange 6.

As a result, when the material 4'f is pulled out from the reel 7 for use, it can be smoothly pulled out and the material 4 will not be scratched.

When the material 4 was wound at 500V, as shown in Fig. 2, the winding thickness of the material 4 was thicker near the 7 lunges 2 and thinner at the center, and the material 4 was wound into a drum shape as a whole. When the material 4 was pulled out from the wound reels 7 and 3, the material 4 could be pulled out smoothly with the reel 7 of the embodiment without any problems, but with the reel 3 of the conventional example. Due to the vibration during conveyance, the material 4 near the 7 langes 2 collapsed to some extent and overlapped the material 4 around the center, so the material 4 could not be pulled out smoothly, and when it was pulled out forcibly, the material 4 collapsed. I got some scratches.

When material is wound up with can be made almost uniform over the entire length of the body, and therefore the material near the 7 lunges will not fall down and pile up on the material in the center during conveyance, so the material can be smoothly pulled out from the reel without any hindrance. It has the excellent effect of not causing scratches on the material.
