Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce weight and turning resistance and to improve corrosion resistance by fitting a sliding shoe to a bracket with consists of an extrusion- molded synthetic resin and is projected with supporting ridges. CONSTITUTION:A bracket 15 bent to an L shape is fitted to the front and bottom surfaces of the scraper plate 4 of a sliding device. The bracket 15 is constituted of an extrusion-molded synthetic resin having water resistance and plastic elasticity, and is projected with supporting ridges 16 along both sides thereof. Ridges 16A provided with a curved surface in each corner are coverhung from the side surfaces of the ridges 16. A sliding shoe 17 is fitted to the ridges 16, and holding ridges 18 to be interposed between the ridges 16 are projected on the top surface thereof. Ridges 18A to be fitted tightly to the ridges 16A are overhung from the side surfaces of the ridges 18. An extrusion molded synthetic resin material having water resistance and plastic elasticity is used for the shoe 17. The bracket 15 is thus resistant to water and corrosion, has high accuracy and light weight and permits the fitting of the shoe 17 in the exact position.

動装置8を介して摺動自在に支承する。

尾状溝11を形成する。そしてこの鳩尾状溝11に、こ
れに嵌合すべき鳩尾状堤12を有する金属製摺動軸13
を嵌着する。さらに前記ボルト座1oには固定ボルト1
4を螺着して摺動軸13の前端(第5図の左端)と係合
させ、摺動軸13が第5図の左方向に抜は出るのを阻止
する。なお固定ポル) 14を除く仁とによシ、摺動軸
13を抜き取ることができる。しかして摺動軸13はレ
ール5.6.7に接触し、チェノ3と共に回動する掻板
4を支承して、レール5.6.7上を摺動するのである
