[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a wire sheathing stripping device for treating the ends of wires such as wiring and cables of electrical equipment and electronic equipment, and is particularly applicable to multi-core wires with large variations in the outer diameter dimension and internal component dimensions. The present invention relates to a wire sheath stripping device suitable for stripping the sheath of cables or coaxial cables.

Wire strippers have the disadvantage that due to variations in the thickness of the wire sheathing or the dimensions of the internal components, the sheath may be cut incompletely or the internal components may be damaged.

In addition, since the thermal stripper uses a thermal heater to burn the coating and cut it, it does not have the disadvantages of the wire stripper described above, but since the thermal heater is used instead of a peeling piece to peel off the coating,
It shortens the life of the heater and is not suitable for wires with coatings that are difficult to peel.

In some cases, a separate peeling piece is inserted after the coating is heated and softened using a heater, but if there are variations in the dimensions of the coating or internal components, the coating may sag.

The purpose of this invention is to provide a wire sheath stripping device that eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, absorbs variations in the thickness of the sheath and the dimensions of internal components, and is capable of stripping the sheath without damaging the internal components. It's about doing.

The idea is to burn the insulation of the wire with a resistance heater wire and completely melt the insulation, then insert a peeling piece that matches the dimensions of the internal components into the burned area and move this peeling piece. This method is characterized by complete coating removal without damaging internal components.

次にこの考案を図示の実施例により詳細に説明する。Next, this invention will be explained in detail with reference to illustrated embodiments.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, the target electric wire 1 is positioned so that the resistance heating heater wires 7, 8 and the peeling pieces 5, 6 are located at a distance l from the wire end face 13, as shown in FIG. 2a.
, Fig. 3 a), First, a pair of left and right resistance heater wires 7,
8 in the X direction to apply a burn over the circumference of the coating 11 (Fig. 2b), then move the pair of upper and lower peeling pieces 5 and 6 up and down, that is, in the Y direction, to remove the circumference of the burn area. The sheathing 11 is separated from the internal components 12 by biting in the flanges 14 of the half-moon-shaped peeling pieces 5 and 6 at the top (FIG. 2C) and pulling out the target electric wire 1 in the Z direction. The coating can be peeled off (Figure 3b).

なおこのとき、剥離片5,6を移動させてもよい。Note that at this time, the peeling pieces 5 and 6 may be moved.

1. Since the coating is burnt with a resistance heater wire, a peeling piece is placed in the burned area, and the peeling piece or wire is moved, variations in the outer diameter of the coating and the dimensions of internal components can be avoided. It can be absorbed and the coating can be removed without damaging internal components.

The lifespan of the heater can be significantly extended.

3、抵抗加熱ヒーター線と剥離片との組み合わせにより

内部構成品の処理までの自動化を行うことが可能となる
3. By combining the resistance heater wire and the peeling piece, it is possible to reliably and completely peel off the coating, and it is possible to automate the process from coating peeling to processing of internal components.
