別に設けた基準電源の間に感温素子を含む抵抗回路を接
続したことを特徴とする圧力検出回路。 ２ 請求範囲第１項において、感圧抵抗体は拡散抵抗体
であることを特徴とする圧力検出回路。 ３ 請求範囲第２項において、駆動電源は、温度により
変化することを特徴とする圧力検出回路。 ４ 請求範囲第３項において、感温素子はサーミスタで
