FIG. 1 shows a general configuration of such a form processing device. A large number of forms 2 are stored in a hopper section 1. The documents sequentially fed out from the hopper section 1 are separated one by one by the separator section 3. Each separated form is conveyed along the conveyance path and is centered in the aligner section 4 so as to be aligned with the reading reference surface. The data of the form traveling at a constant speed while resting on a reference surface is read by a reading section 5 consisting of an optical character reading device. The read data is input to a storage device (not shown) and displayed on a monitor television (not shown). The IIIB format that has been read is printed in the serial numbering section 6 as required. Bladder enlargement,
The printed forms are sorted by the gate 7 to the first passage 8 or the second passage 9, and are transferred to the first stacker section 10 or the second stacker section 9, respectively.
It is transported into the stacker section 11 and stored there.

A method is used in which the form is brought into contact with a reference surface using a form claw at the 21st part, and the form is conveyed again. However, in the former method, it is necessary to provide an obliquely arranged rotating shaft, which makes the arrangement of the drive system or drive power transmission system complicated and disadvantageous in relation to other drive systems. In the method described above, the driving of document conveyance is stopped fl+l
It is troublesome to control the I control and the operation of the aligner claws, and also requires a large and complicated mechanical structure.

It is conveyed obliquely in the direction of the surface 13a. Due to the rigidity of the form 2, the left corner comes into contact with the upper sheet guide 14 and receives a restricting force in the conveying direction of the form 2.
