The methods that have already been adopted for this packaging method include, as mentioned above, the drug and tablet or capsule medicine that are packaged together in a K1 bag, which combines the two into a single-dose package; A system is adopted in which drugs and tablets are packaged in capsules (hereinafter simply referred to as capsules), and all of these are stored in the patient's medical record.
Since the product is manufactured by IIA at a pharmacy according to the prescription, the specifications are always unique for each patient, and therefore it is necessary to conduct a post-packaging inspection to ensure that there are no errors in the packaging operation. Therefore, with the method of packaging medicines and tablets/capsules in one bag, it is difficult to ensure this after packaging. For this reason, hospitals and other institutions that dispense large quantities of medicines do not use packaging that combines them with medicines, but instead use separate packaging methods. In a device that performs a series of continuous packaging, there are many problems due to the structure of the machine for sequentially packaging powders, tablets, etc. when individually packaging each dose. First, powdered medicines and tablets, capsules, and other casings are packaged on the same fin.The structure of the process is complicated, and accurate operation is required to package them according to instructions. Therefore, there is no other way than to pack the medicine and tablets in a certain order, and also give specific instructions to the patient on how to use them. k also lacks accuracy, which is inconvenient and inconvenient.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging method in which it is possible to easily indicate how many sachets to take, and to operate with a series of sachets.

る。Ninthly, in order to achieve the new purpose of the present invention, powders and tablets are supplied in fixed quantities to the bag-formed portions by sequentially moving the good drug packaging paper to form packaging partitions one after another. Solid medicines are divided into predetermined amounts via hoppers into the bag-formed portions by separate supply means, and a drive control mechanism is separately instructed to send the undelivered mail of each medicine supply means. Based on the order stored by the numerical control means, the medicines and one-form medicines selected in an arbitrary arrangement are linked to the feed of the bag-making section and are repeatedly separated and fed into the bag-making bag for the required number of doses. Powder medicines and solid medicines can be packaged according to the prescription by sealing them, applying an identification means to the partition part of the continuous cast for each dose, and cutting into the required number of packages. It is.

If you do this, you can automatically pack the desired amount. Of course, it is possible to use a well-known computer for this control, and all that is required is to combine the necessary conditions for the product.Additionally, separate sachets of 6 cp, each containing K15 per dose, can be used. As a means of identification, according to the prescription, the proportion of oral medicine and M-form medicine should be at least 2 packages, and if there are more than 2 packages, they should be divided into arbitrary combinations, each sealed and packaged, and each package should be separated. There are perforations in the sticker part of the divider, so there are multiple sections for one dose! ! In the Je position, the cut part is inserted into the middle of the series. Alternatively, perforate the partition # of each sachet and cut it to the middle, cutting it completely for each dose (suitable when there are many separate sachets for single doses). Or, each packaging partition sK should be perforated, and the partition position corresponding to one batch should be marked with ink, etc.
! A method of printing marks or letters to indicate that this is the No. 11 dosing compartment. Those who can be hired.

r# A transport cylinder 11) having a capacity that can accommodate a predetermined amount of medication is loaded into the hopper (1) and the container density is determined by opening the K shutter 111 and placing it first. 1. Next, move this conveying cylinder (1) so that it matches the upper end opening of the measuring container (3), and transfer the medicine in the conveying cylinder (1) into the container (3). The container 181 is, for example, of a type in which a piston, J, moves up and down by a set distance in the cylinder stomach of an upright vehicle, and a trap is set up so that a predetermined amount of medicine can be divided and supplied according to one rising dimension of the piston +4. The drug hopper pushed upward from the upper end of the cylinder (sl.

This distribution valve 4u) is divided into Xn pieces (n is the number of days and is arranged like 7, 14, 21).
At the bottom of the arrangement section, a nine conveyor US is installed, which is equipped with a large number of conveyor boxes that move intermittently and stop at positions corresponding to the respective distribution boxes. It is operated by an intermittent drive mechanism 113IK that moves independently for each column. A screw conveyor 04 is disposed below the tip of each conveyor (+!i) to send the one-form drug (a) sent from the can conveyor to the transfer section to the supply hopper. A small stationary rotating disk 17) is disposed between the screw conveyor I4 and the rotating disk (・), and is rotated intermittently by 180° by a motor. The solid drug that entered the hole i part (a
) is received in advance into the hole of the hopper (6), which is a rotary disk of # type located at the top of the hopper (6), and is held therein. The drug supply mechanism tIQ is a system in which each drive mechanism separately preassembles the settings for the divided feeding amount and delivery procedure in the drug measuring container (3), and the solid drug supply procedure. The electronic control circuit is operated by the computer's rate system, which is commanded by a programmed program, to operate on each 5XIUA signal in the order selected by the operator.
