Claims (3)
- (1)燃料供給手段と吸気管の間に設置さたヒートイン
シュレータに複数の混合気の連結を有するノじカム状セ
ラミックヒータを埋設した吸気)口前装置において、複
数の薄い円形のセラミック素子の表面及び側面に該セラ
ミック素子の焼成温度より高い融点を有する金属を溶媒
と混合させ塗布して電極面を形成し、積層して焼成した
前記ハニカム状セラミックヒータを用いたことを特徴と
する内燃機関の吸気加熱装置。 - (2) 前記ハニカム状セラミックヒータが奇数枚の
セラミック素子をそれぞれとなり合う接合部又は表面と
短絡しない様に電極を塗布せしめたものを積層とすると
ともに一方の接合部に形成される電極面が全て最上面に
導通し、他方の接合部に形成される電極が全て最下面に
導通する様に2ケの電極をセラミックヒータの側面に形
成した事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲1に記載
の吸気加熱装置。 - (3)外形が円形で中心軸に対して同心ピッチ同上に数
個の円形又は扇形の吸気通路をもったセラミック素子奇
数枚をそれぞれとなり合う合せ面及び表面と短絡しない
様に電極を塗布せしめるとともにそれぞれの合せ面を中
心を軸として円周方向に回動せしめ前記ピッチ田土の吸
気通路 。 が斜めになる様に積層した事を特徴とする実用新案登録
