ト型検出ヘッド部ム入力された位相角データに応じてア
ナログ′の三角関数値を発生し、この三角関数値を前記
検出ヘッド部の1次コイルに印加する関数発生手段と、
この印加に応じて前記検出ヘッド部から得られる出力信
号のレベルが所定基準レベルに一致するか否かを検出す
る比較手段と、任意の位相角デニタを瞬時的に発生して
前記関数発生手段に入力し、かつ前記比較手段によって
一致が検出されるまで前記位相角データの値を順次変更
するシーケンス手段とを具え、前記比較手段によって一
致が検出されたときに前記シーケンス手段から出力され
た位相角データを位置検出データとして用いるようにし
た位相シフト型位置検出装置。 2 前記位相シフト型検出ヘッド部は、位相が90度ず
れた2つの交流信号を夫々入力するための端子を含み、
