第１のシリンドリカルレンズと、上面と下面と少なくと

射し前記平行光を入射して光パワーのミキシングを行な
う多角柱状ミキシングガラスブロックと、該ガラスブロ
ックから出射されるミキシングされた平行光を集束する
第２のシリンドリカルレンズと、該第２のシリンドリカ
ルレンズの光軸面と一致するよう配置された複数の光フ
ァイバからなる出力光ファイバアレーとから構成された
