前記入力光ファイバアレーからの入力光を平行光にする
第1のシリンドリカルレンズと、上面と下面と少なくと
も1つの側面とのそれぞれの予め定めた部分が光を全反
射し前記平行光を入射して光パワーのミキシングを行な
う多角柱状ミキシングガラスブロックと、該ガラスブロ
ックから出射されるミキシングされた平行光を集束する
第2のシリンドリカルレンズと、該第2のシリンドリカ
ルレンズの光軸面と一致するよう配置された複数の光フ
ァイバからなる出力光ファイバアレーとから構成された
