多くなってきている。チェーン駆動用モータと共に繰出
駆動モータ3又は版胴駆動モータ7の併用も考えられる
が、チェーン駆動モータが誘導電動機であり負荷により
速度が変る等のこともあって、チェーン駆動モータを繰
出側モータと同期させて運転させることが困難であり、

一定になるように巻出し又は加工部におけるフィルムの
駆動を制御する手段を備えていることを41iF徴とす

力制御等により各駆動源の出力を調整している。第1図
の装置は、この為に張力検出器4を備えている。従って
、本発明の装*4こおいて、この張力検出器4を利用す
ることができる。即ち、A点でバー8にフィルム5の始
端を固定して、チェーン9の駆動モータ10を駆動する
にあたり、張力検出器4より原反フィルム11IIll
のフィルム5の駆動部分の駆動モータ3も同時に運転し
、張力検出器4の検出信号が一定になるように駆動モー
タ3の出力を制御する。これにより、チェーン駆動モー
タ10の出力、即ちチェーン9の速度のばらつきに無関
係に、フィルムの張力は安定し、作業員が手助する必要

号も下がる為、モータ3はD部の張力をあげるべく制御
され速度は下がる。また、モータlOの速度が上った場
合にも、同様にD部の張力が一定になるようにモータ3
が制御される。この結果、チェーン駆動モータの速度に
多少のばらつきが生じても、駆動モータ3がその速度変
化に追随して制御されるため、作業員が手助けすること
なく、連続して、しかも安定なフィルム通しを行うこと

するフィルム加工装置において各原反フィルム毎にその
始端を該処理部分lこ、挿通する為に設けられたフィル
ム通し装置において、フィルム通し装置のフィルム駆動
部分と巻出し又は加工部のフィルム駆動部分との間にフ
ィルムの張力検出器を設け、又は既存の張力検出器を利
用し、この張力検出器よりの検出信号値が一定になるよ
うに巻出し又は加工部におけるフィルムの駆動を制御す
る手段を備えていることを特徴とするフィルム通し装置
