Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) a first printed circuit sheet including a plurality of conductive contact layers; an insulating spacer provided on the first printed circuit sheet and having holes corresponding to the conductive contact layers; a second printed circuit sheet of flexible thin film material including a conductive contact layer corresponding to the conductive contact layer of the first printed circuit sheet;
