Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）−面に共通電極を形成した誘電体基板の他面に一
    対の電極を形成すると共に、該一対の電極の各々にリー
    ド線を接続し、該一対のリード線の導出部付近にその線
    間距離による放電ギャップを形成したことを特徴とする
    放電ギャップ付複合部品。
  2. （２）前記蔭放電ギャップは、前記一対のリード線を互
    いに内側に折曲げて形成したことを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の放電ギャップ付複合部品
    。
  3. （３）　　前記一対のリード線に、前記放電ギャップに
    おける線間距離を規制する絶縁性支持体を装着したこと
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２
    項に記載の放電ギャップ付複合部品。
