Claims (1)
により弁口を開閉するようにしてなる電磁比例弁におい
て、前記プランジャに弁本体の流路と連通ずる孔を形成
し、この孔内に弁口径と等しい径を有するロッドを内挿
し、孔とロッドによりプランジャ内部に圧力バランス室
を設けてなることを特徴とする電磁比例弁。In an electromagnetic proportional valve in which a plunger is provided with a valve portion and a valve port is opened and closed by operating the plunger, a hole communicating with a flow path of a valve body is formed in the plunger, and a hole having a diameter of the valve port is formed in the plunger.
