Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a cost and improve a seal property, by a method wherein a polyisocianate series adhesive is coated to an adhering surface between a soft rubber and a polyamide resin member to vulcanize it through application of a pressure and temperature. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is applied to an abutting surface between a polyamide resin member 2a and a soft rubber 1C, adhering surfaces abutting on each other are placed between molds 5 and 6, and a pressure is applied as they are heated to vulcanize them for a given time. The adhesive is prepared such that an unvulcanized rubber material, being of the same system as that of a rubber material, is diluted in a solvent such as methyethyl ketones and an appropriate quantity of a polyisocianate series adhesive such as Desmodure R is added. This reduces a cost, enables to make it thin since only vulcanization is enough to meet the required adhesion even if a rubber hardness changes, and improves a sealing property.

The contact resistance between the cag 3 and the rubber band (it) is large.
Therefore, when screwing in and tightening the cap 3Y''-4#C, there are many cases where creases or misalignment occur on the f/4' fitting 1b, and the seal may be for PI or incomplete.
There was a drawback.

The coefficient of friction is 1xJb higher than that of the conventional 1xJb, which is applied to the No4tsuki 7. Since it is surrounded by plastic, it takes a lot of man-hours to mold the plastic, and the production cost is still low.9.Thickness? It cannot be made thinner,
The seal was bad and I couldn't reach the rubber hard fk mark, but this invention led to the purchase of J/, + and Rin as shown in Figure 3, and the cost was low, and the rubber's & was changed, making it % vulcanized and loose. It is easy to use a screw-in type cap rc as shown in Fig. 5, and the contact part 8 between the plastic surface and the cap surface is Since the soft rubber material 10 is under pressure M while the cover 9 is in place, the packing will not wrinkle or sag. When used in addition to the customary packing, rubber and glass stick are combined into an m-square shape, which is the advantage of both. able to demonstrate.

A soft rubber material and an unvulcanized rubber material of the same type are diluted with a solvent, and a polyisocyanate-based adhesive 1 is applied to this material.
The added wrinkle agent r is applied to the mounting surfaces of the soft rubber material and the polyamide resin material, and then vulcanized under pressure and -ft for a predetermined period of time. Excellent method.
