【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はベーンポンプの田−夕に関するものである。[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a vane pump.
従来、ベーンぎンプのロータはベーンの挿通溝や内方の
空洞部を形成する必要上、複雑な形状になるので、製作
にあたっては中子を用いて鋳造し非常に手間取っていた
し、コストも高くついていたO
本発明は上記欠点を解消するもので、以下、その実施例
を図面により説明すると、1はベーンポンプで、ケース
2内には軸3によりp−夕4が回転自在に支持されてい
る。p−夕4には適当間隔で溝5が設けられ、該溝5内
にはベーン6が摺動自在に嵌挿されている。また、溝5
の内周端には空洞部7が連設されている0シータ4の製

について第2図により説明すると、アル1=ウム等の軽
金属を素材として、あらかじめ軸3用の六8、溝5、空
洞部7を設定した型により押出成型を施して長尺材40
を形成した後、所望の厚さに応じて輪切りを行う(二点
