【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は歯科用の超音波振動装置による根管治療用ファ

従来歯科の根管治療は医者の手指動作でチップを操作す
ることによって行われてきた。この場合チップのファイ
ル部には方形がらせん状に設けられ、根管に内挿入する
時に回転運動を与え、引上げ動作によって根管壁を拡大
切削するものである。該治療は高度の熟練と長い治療時
間要するものである(第1図参照)この場合、刃付ファ

根管治療用ファイルのチップ装置は手用型のファイルを
超音波振動装置に取付は根管治療に必要な彎曲を鳥えた
ものであるが、ファイル部、ファイル保持部および接続
部の三部よりなシ、その材質が異り、特に接続部は接合
性が不良のため、超音波振動装置の振動子の周波に同調
せず、ファイルに振動歪を生じ、治療が困難になり更に
ファイルの切損を来すことがある。またファイル保持装
置が過大であるため使用上不便である。更に刃部は超音
波振動に適せず、根管壁の切削に不適当なため、無用な

本願発明を一実施例にもとづき図によって説明する。第
3図は本願発明にもとづく超音波振動装置による根管治
療用のファイルのチップ装置を示す。本発明においては
ファイル保持部8とファイル部7とは1体となってステ
ィンレススチールの如き一定金属をもって作られ、ファ
イル尖端は表面平滑な針状のものである。平滑針状のフ
ァイル尖端は超音波振動によって根管の拡大および研磨
に有効適切に作用し、根管壁の仕上りの平滑度も高く、
操作技術も簡単で、治療時間も短縮される。平滑なファ
イルは根管の過度の研削を防止し、発熱が少いために治
療に有効である。更に平滑なファイル尖端は製作費が安
く、均質性が確保されるので消耗切損が少い。チップの
1体化によって全質量を適確に超音波周波に適合させる
ことができ、異質の金属材料を用いること並びに接合不
良にもとづく振動歪が生じないので切損を防止すること
ができ、治療中の事故をも防止し得る。チップの1、(
