て、試験用媒体のｈ利用を行うこと（二より資源の節約
およびコスト低下を図った印字試験方法の提供を目的と

この目的を達＆するため本発明では印字”ラドによりプ
ラテン上の媒体をｔ１撃して該媒体上に印字を行う印字
装置の印字試験方法において、印字打撃面にインク消去
可能な試験表面層な設けた試験用媒体上（二試験印字を
行っている、（６） 発明の実施例
第１図は本発明の実施状態を示す印字装置の斜＊＊＊で
ある。通帳形式の試験用媒体ｌの表面はインク消去可能
な試験豪面層２でコーティングされる。この試験用媒体
ｌの表面には媒体送すローラ４の通路３が形成されこの

ＩＦ＠媒体１はプラテン６上−二装置されインクリメン

媒体を構成する基材Ｃ紙）８上にビニール９をコーティ
ングしたものが用いられる。ビニール以外にもインクが
梁み込まない可撓性を有する樹脂その他のブラヌチック
材料をコーティングあるいは貼付することにより試験表
ｍ層２を形成してもよい０このような試験表面１２をコ
ーティングした試験用媒体ｌは印字ヘッドによりプラテ
ン上の媒体を打撃するインバクドブ１１ンタの印字試験
方法限らずインクジェット式プリンタ勢の印字試験にも
適用可能である。この試験表ｍｊｌＺ上に試験印字を行
い印字を１ｉａｔ後試験表面層２の表面を掃拭して印字
したインクを拭き覗りこの試験用媒体ｌを再び使用特に
インパクトプリンタの印字試験に用いるために第３図に
示すように特殊材料（９恢に触れると発色し一定時間ｇ
遍徒発色が消えるインク、あるいは印字したインクを時
間経過とともに消去する化学材料）を封入したマイクロ
カプセル１１を適嶺な溶剤ｌＯ中に混入してこれを媒体
基材８上にコーディングしたものを用いてもよい。印字
ヘッドの打撃４二よりマイクロカプセルが割れ印字が浮
き出し、ある一定時間経過すると印字した文字が消える
。従って、この試験用媒体を再び使用することができる

の媒体を再び印字試ｋＩ！（二用いることができ、印字
試験での媒体消費量な大幅に削減でき資源の節約および
