Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of abnormal phenomena, such as resonance phnomenon, etc., by stretching a flexible damping film between the peripheral part of the diaphragm and a frame and fixing the central part of the diaphragm to the top of a supporting projected piece united with the frame in one body. CONSTITUTION:A piezo-electric body 2 is glued on the surface of a diaphragm 1 of a metallic thin plate of a loudspeaker, with a conductive bonding agent, and the diaphragm 1 is also used as the electrode of the piezo-electric body 2. An electrode 3 is formed on the surface of the piezo-electric body 2 and a flexible damping film 7 is stretched between the peripheral part of the diaphragm 1 and a frame 8. Moreover, the central part 4 of the diaphragm 1 is fixed to the top of a supporting projected piece 9 formed together with the frame 8 in one body. The central part 4 of the diaphragm 1 is connected to one end of a lead wire 5 and the other end of the wire 5 is connected to a signal source 6, and then, the signal source 6 is connected with the frame 8 through a lead 11. According to such a constitution, occurrence of abnormal modes, such as resonance phenomenon, etc., can be inhibited, because the central part 4 is firmly fixed and the damping film 7 is installed. In addition to the above, an opening 12 which increases the effect is formed in the frame 8.

動板は周辺が固定されているため、その振動は中心部に
集中しているので有効な音圧が得られない。この音圧を
も効に上げるには、振動板の中心部を固定して周辺部を
振動させるような構成が考えられるか、本発明はこの構
成における振動板の中心部固定方法に関する。

れ、リード#J5の他端は信号源6の一極に接続されて
いる。7は制動膜で、例えは紙のような柔軟な材料で作
られ、図の如く波形を形成する等して振動板1の周辺部
と後述のフレームとの間に張設され、振動板1周辺部の
正常な振動は妨げないが、共振現象等異常現象は抑制す
る役目を持つものである。

着剤で固着する。この場合固着作業は開口部12を利用
して行なうことができる。

動板に振動方向に平行に貼シ合わせた圧電スビーカにお
いて、振動板の周辺部とフレームとの間に屈曲自在な制
動膜を張設し、振動版の中心部をフレームと一体に作ら
れた支持突片の頂点に半田或るいは導電性接着剤で固定
し、且つこの支持突片を通して圧電体の一方の電極に給
電することを特徴とする圧電スビーカ。
