本発明は表面側に模様を転写した模様付建築用板の製造
方法に関し、キャタピラ一式ダブルコンベアAにより表
面材1の裏面側にウレタン発泡体2を成型する模様付建
築板の製造方法において、表面材1の表面とキャタピラ
一式ダブルコンベアAとの間に転写フィルム3をおき、
ウレタン発泡体2の発泡圧及び発泡熱により転写フィル
ム3の印刷層を表面材1に転写することを特徴とする模

く僅かなずれが発生したとき表面材1と下型キャタピラ
一式コンベア8との間でスリップが発生し表面に傷を付

る等の欠点を防止できる模様付建築用板の製造方法を提
