CONSTITUTION:A second counter 3 counts the standard clock signal 1 to obtain second information, and a step motor that has a rotor 16b is rotated according to the second information, and one minute advance of the minute hand is made in response to plural step-drivings. When a time correction switch S1 is operated, the content in the counter 3 is cleared and the second hand is driven by one step.
