Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a precise slide part having high lubricating property and high abrasion resistance and driven without oiling, by forming a composite film of an organometalic compound and an org. high-molecular compound on a surface of the precise slide part.
CONSTITUTION: A precise slide part such as a portable watch parts or the like is immersed in a solution containing an organometalic compound such as Al (OC3H7)3 or C4H9COOTi and an org. high-molecular compound such as PVC or PVA and, baked at 60W200°C for 5W120min to form a composite film having a thickness of 1,000W20,000Å, coefficient of friction of 0.04W0.25 and pencil hardness of 3HW9H.
USE: Said part is used in a wrist watch, a camera, a cassette tape recorder or the like.
