Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the close sticking strength of tubes and seat plates and enhance the strength of root parts by disposing annular sealing materials to the roots of the seat plates and the tubes, curing the leading ends of the tubes, and by press- contacting the annular sealing materials between the curled parts and the seat plates.
CONSTITUTION: Tubes 26 are inserted into the upper and lower seat plates 21 which have many holes 22, and of which the end parts 23 of the holes 22 project to the side of cors 25. Fins 27 are disposed around the tubes 26. The tubes are expanded from the upper part of the seat plates 21, so that the edge parts 23 of the holes 22 are closely stuck to the tubes 25 and the tubes 26 to the fins 27. Thence, annular sealing materials 24 consisting of an elastic material such as, for example, O-ring annular packings are placed on the roots of the tubes 26, and the leading ends 26a of the tubes 26 are bent outward to stick the sealing materials 24 to the seat pltes 21 by press-contacting with the leading ends 26a.
