Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve a passing state of ink, by using together with a window opening pattern for the mesh part. CONSTITUTION:In a meshy screen printing mask, a window opening pattern (e) is used together with the mesh part, insufficient passing of ink in case of only the mesh part as before is compensated, also pattern cut of the pattern circumferential part is capable of obtaining the same accuracy as the conventional method, and screen printing which is stable in a hollowed shape part can be performed. That is to say, in case of a pattern of only the mesh part as before, at first the mesh pattern part is filled with ink, but subsequently, ink extruded by a squeegee does not pass through smoothly due to resistance of the mesh, and does not contact well with the bottom surface having a hollowed shape. When the window opening pattern is used together, resistance in case of extruding ink is reduced, extruded ink becomes like hanging down, and ink passes through smoothly.
