Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a bright display, by controlling an average tilt angle of rugged parts, and height and a period of the rugged parts, on the surface of a metallic electrode on a simiconductor substrate, and increasing the intensity of reflected rays in the direction for watching a panel by the electrode which serves as a passive reflector, too.
