Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a water in oil type emulsion with good temp. stability and good using property, in preparing the water in oil type emulsion, by containing monoglycerides of pyroglutamic acid in specific base components in a definite ratio. CONSTITUTION:1-20pts.wt. monoglycerides of pyroglutamic acid, 2-20pts.wt. oil agent such as hydrocarbons or the like, 1.5-60pts.wt. polyhydric alcohol having three or more of hydroxyl groups in a molecule such as glycerine or the like and 20-85pts.wt. water are compounded so as to adjust a ratio of an oil phase component and a water phase to 1:3-9, glycerides and the oil agent to 1:0.5-5 and glycerides and the polyhydric alcohol to 1:0.5-9 and, thereby, a water in oil emulsion having a high internal phase ratio is prepared. The resulting emulsion has no problem in stability based on temp. variation as well as is excellent in using property.
