Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive shortening of the fixing time as well as to securely fix the lead wires for the subject electric machine by a method wherein a polyester hot melting bonding agent is used for the fixing of the wires on the electric machine whereon lead wires are used. CONSTITUTION:The lead wires 31a-31e, which constitute a motor, are placed in the grooves located between the sleeves 36b, 36i, and 36d, 36k on the inside and outside, and the important parts of these wires are temporarily fixed by applying the hot melting bonding agent. Then, on these lead wires, a molding mold 61 is installed, and the hot melting bonding agent, which is mainly composed of thermoplastic polyester having a Vicat softening point of 30-180 deg.C and a melt index of 30-800g/10min at 190 deg.C, is injected from an injecting hole 62. Then, cooling water is flown to the water-cooling hole 66 located in the molding mold 61, and the hot melt is solidified.
