Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent bumping of a heating medium oil, by removing water contained in the heating medium oil by injecting a gas that does not react with the heating medium oil into the heating medium oil during heating of the heating medium oil. CONSTITUTION:A heating medium oil is supplied from a line 1 into a container 2 and then carried to a tube 5 of a heater A via a line 3 by means of a pump 4. The heating medium oil thus heated by the heater A releases heat at heating jackets 6 of a facility B to be heated and then is carried back to the container 2 via a line 7. Here, simultaneously with starting of the heating operation, a gas such as nitrogen, carbonic acid gas, hydrogen, and propane gas, etc. that does not react with the heating medium oil is injected into the heating medium oil from an injection line 11 arranged at the bottom of the container 2.
