Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the easy manufacture of an electromagnetic flowmeter of good performance possible by engraving plural pieces of recesses on a plate-like blank material, and fixing detaining members therein then working the same to a cylindrical shape and molding the lining. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of recesses are engraved on the inside surface of a conduit, and detaining members are projected and fixed therein so that the lining formed by molding and the above-mentioned detaining members are made into one body. The conduit is made by engraving a required number of recesses on a plate-like blank material, mounting the detaining members then rounding the same to a cylindrical shape. For example, a required number of recesses 5a are engraved to a plate-like blank material and detaining members 6 are projected and fixed therein, after which the material is rounded to a cylindrical shape to make a conduit 5. It is internally lined 7 by molding so that part of the lining material gnaws into the clearances 8 in said recesses and the lining is surely fixed. The above-mentioned method makes manufacture easy and eliminates the possibility of peeling of the lining or the like.
