Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for giving care to over pushing-in of a crown by temporarily blocking the input in a push position due to over-pushing of the crown at the time of returning the crown from a pull position to the home position. CONSTITUTION:By the pull operation of a crown, the stationary contact S2 side of a switch SW is turned on, and the input (a) thereof is turned on, by which a timepiece is stopped. To start the timepiece in conformity with the time signal from this state, the crown is returned to the home position. If at this time the crown is inadvertently pushed in, the stationary contact S3 side of the switch SW turns on, and therefore, a fast forward input (b) is generated and this is inputted to an AND gate 9. However, the output of an inverter 6 is made H by the fall of the input (a) and a timer circuit 7 starts operating, thereby turning the gate 9 off and blocking the fast forward input (b).
