Abstract
PURPOSE:To take leakage tests of many bodies to be tested rapidly by providing the bodies to be tested at intersection parts between row-side piping and column- side piping and by connecting leak detectors to exit sides of the row-side piping and column-side piping directly or through valves. CONSTITUTION:In a leakage testing device, row-side pipes 11a, 11b- and column-side pipes 12a, 12b- are arranged at right angles, and testing containers 13AA, 13AB- wherein bodies to be tested are contained respectively are conconnected to the intersection parts. To the exit sides of those row-side pipes 11a, 11b-, leak detectors 14a, 14b- are connected, and to the exit sides of the column-side pipes 12a, 12b-, leak detectors 15a, 15b- are also connected. The matrix constitution like this speeds leakage tests of many bodies to be tested by one leak detector.
