Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide an efficient air dehumidifier for an ozonizer capable of thoroughly regenerating a dehumidifying agent by dividing each of 2 dehumidifying tubes into ≥2 steps and attaching a heater to each step.
CONSTITUTION: Air fed from a blower 1 is passed through units 2, 3, 4, 5 shown by the figure and supplied to a dehumidifying tube 7a2 through a change-over valve 6a. The air is further dehumidified in a dehumidifying tube 7a1 and fed to an ozonizer 9 through a change-over valve 6b. On the other hand, part of the dehumidified air is fed to the heat exchanger 2 through a reducing valve 10 by a prescribed vol., and in the exchanger 2 it is used to reduce the temp. and humidity of hot and humid air ejected from the blower 1. At the same time, the air itself is converted into hot air and fed to a dehumidifying tube 7b1 through the valve 6b and a heater 13b1. As a result, while feeding air at a constant temp. from an upper part to a lower part, a dehumidifying agent is regenerated, and the agent 8b1 in the tube 7b1 is dehumidified thoroughly. A change-over valve 11 is then changed over to feed air for regeneration from the exchanger 2 to the tube 7b1, where the air deprives sensible heat of the agent 8b1 to cool the agent, and the air itself is heated. The air is further heated with a heater 13b2 to continue the heat regeneration of a dehumidifying agent 8b2.
