Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a damage of the heat collector during its transportation by a method wherein the heat collector of solar energy is temporarily fixed to a pre-arranged water-proof plate and the water-proof plate is used as a base material for fixing the collector plate.
CONSTITUTION: The collector 10 is fixed to the water-proof plate 3 by threadably inserting the bolt 14 passing through the through-pass hole 13 in L-shaped foot piece 12 arranged at the side wall of the collector, into a collector fixing hole 2 and then temporarily fixed thereto. Then, after the water-proof plate 3 is transported into the construction site, the bolt 14 is removed so as to separate the collector 10 from the water-proof plate 3, and the water-proof plate 3 is mounted on an asphalt roofing material 19 laid on the roof board 17. As a result, the water-proof plate 3 is acted as a package result, the water-proof plate 3 is acted as a package material for the collector 10 so as to dampen a shock applied to the collector plate 10 during its transportation and at the same time a cheap base material having a water-proof characteristic may be made.
