Abstract
PURPOSE:To quicken the discharge of on-base storage charge or floating capacitance of a transistor (TR) and to achieve high speed operation, by constituting an interface circuit with a current mirror circuit driven with opposite two input signals. CONSTITUTION:From output terminals 2, 22 of a differential amplifier of an analog circuit 4, a signal superimposing an opposite signal voltage on the same DC voltage is outputted. An emitter of TRs 25, 24 inputted with this signal is connected to a diode 27 and a TR26 constituting a current mirror respectively via resistors 28, 29. When the base potential of the TR25 is higher than the base potential of the TR24, a current flowing to the resistor 28 is more than the current flowing to the resistor 29, and the on-base storage charge of a TR14 is absorbed with the current of both differences and the TR14 turns off.
