Abstract

PURPOSE:To economize consuming power remarkably by a method wherein the flow of a proportional flow control valve is prescribed by a flow monitor to prescribe the number of rotation of an oil motor and the pump pressure is prescribed to the maximum pressure of the motor output of a variable discharge pump. CONSTITUTION:In an injection device using a power matching system to rotate a screw driving oil motor 1 by the pressure oil from a variable discharge pump 3 supplied through a proportional flow control valve 2, the flow of the proportional flow control valve 2 is prescribed by a flow monitor 6 for the number of rotation of the oil motor 1 and the maximum pressure of the variable discharge pump 3 is prescribed to the maximum pressure that can be allowed by the motor output of the variable discharge pump 3. The power of the pump motor can be reduced down to 2/3-1/2 as much as conventionally and the consumption of power can be saved exceedingly.
