Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the axial shift by forming the coupling holes at the circumferential sections of the first and second grid electrodes while inserting ceramic rods into said coupling holes and integrating both electrodes with predetermined interval. CONSTITUTION:A thin hole board 7 having micro-hole 8 is fitted in a recess 12 in one chip 11 of a second grid electrode 4 then it is pressed by the other chip 13 and the three parts are integrated. Thereafter a plurality of coupling holes 14, 14' are formed at the circumferential section of the first grid electrode 2 and one chip 11 of the second grid electrode 4, and ceramic rods 15 are inserted into each of said coupling hole to assemble and integrate by means of the brazing members 16, 16'. Then a cylinder 20 is welded to the cathode side of the first grid electrode 2 and the cathode 22 is fixed in said cylinder 20 through an insulative supporting structure 21. Consequently an electron gun triode section having no axial shift can be obtained.
