Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate comparate compensation for uniformity corresponding to the kind of collimators, by reading out a compensation coefficient which is matched with the collimator from a plurality of uniformity compensation coefficient matrixes which are prepared in advance based on the kind of the collimators, and performing compensation. CONSTITUTION:A collimator kind sensor 103 senses the collimator every time after the collimater is changed. A kind sensing signal 211 changes switches constituting a compensation matrix selecting circuit 102, and selects the corresponding matrix out of XY compensation coefficient matrixes 9-1 and 9-2. The selected XY compensation coefficient matrix is connected to an output 401 from an XY operating circuit 6. The compensation for the uniformity with respect to the collimator after the change is correctly performed, and the compensated data is displayed on a display 11. Thus the complex manipulation in changing the collimator is avoided and the compensation for the uniformity after the change of the collimator can be readily performed.
