Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the fine adjustment of oscillation efficiency possible and to derive a proper working state by minutely changing the reflection surface of a reflecting mirror by controlling the pressure in the cavity part formed in the reflecting mirror. CONSTITUTION:A transmission reflecting mirror 1 and a hollow reflection surface 2a are formed, and a total reflecting mirror 2 which is installed in opposition to the mirror 1 and forms one of resonators is provided, the inside thereof is a cooling cavity part 3 for cooling the surface 2a. A supply pipe 5 and an exhaust pipe 6 in which a cooling refrigerant 4 circulatively flows and forms a closed loop are connected airtightly to the cavity part 3 respectively. A liquid tank 7, a coller 8, a supply pump 9, a flow rate regulating mechanism 10, and a flow rate measuring mechanism 11 which monitores flow rates in accordance with the pressure fluctuations of the refrigerant 4 and feeds the same back to the mechanism 10 to stabilize the flow rate are successively connected to the intermediate parts of the pipe 5 and the pipe 6.
