The error 10 consists of plural kinds of error information, and the OR gate 12 generates the output for the occurrence of one error information at least, and an error code corresponding to the kind of error information is generated for the error encoder 11. Further, the output of the OR gate 12 controls the selector 13 to put said error code output onto a data line 1 in stead of data 14 for normalcy. A device 200 has an error detecting circuit 20 and an error decoder 22 besides the main body part; and when the error code output is transmitted to the device 200, the device 200 detects and decodes it.
