Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect correct zero crossing signal by removing noise pulse, by setting so that the latch section outputs an L level voltage signal only when the timing pulse is rised and a gate section outputs always an H level voltage signal while delaying the time. CONSTITUTION:A gate section A outputs a voltage signal of an H level while inputting a voltage approx. zero level and less than the specified value Vth by setting a full wave rectification voltage of commercial power supply from an input terminal 6 to input. A timing section B connected to the gate section A receives the H level voltage signal and outputs the timing pulses having the pulse width of TP after a constant delay time Td has passed. A latch section C which is connected to the gate section A and the timing section B outputs the voltage signal of L level when the timing pulse of the timing section B is rised simultaneously when it outpts the voltage signal of H level when the voltage signal of H level of the gate section A is rised.
