With the contact (d) connected to a fixed contact (c), a signal inputted to an external input terminal 3 is decoded at the noise reduction circuit 6 and applied to an output terminal 7. This operation can be made from the state on the way of recording or reproduction through the use of the circuit 5 or 6, and since this operation can be made from the stopping state, when the switches S2-1-S2-5 are changed over, muting can automatically be released, allowing to avoid inconvenience for the operation.
