PURPOSE:To elevate the accuracy of a temperature control, by forming a developing solution flow passage along a heating body heated by a heating element, and providing an inlet and an outlet of this solution flow passage so that they are made to approach to the extent of exerting influence on each other, in a common area of the heating body. CONSTITUTION:In the inside of a heating drum 21, a liquid passage is formed along the inside wall surface of the heating drum, and this liquid passage is connected to an inlet 23 and an outlet 24. The inlet 23 and the outlet 24 are provided so that the inlet side and the outlet side of the flow passage formed in the heating drum 21 are made to approach each other. Also, a temperature detector 28 is placed so as to contact with the surface of the heating body 21 which is positioned a little away from the heater, and also is placed at the position being nearer the outlet than the inlet 23. Owing to these relations, each part exerts influence on each other and improves its responding property remarkably, by which delay of thermal response is greatly improved, and the accuracy of a temperature control is elevated.
