CONSTITUTION:The collector of the first transistor Q11 and the base of the second transistor Q12 are connected to each other, while the emitter of the second transistor Q12 and the collector of the first transistor Q11 are connected to each other by a diode D12 (or a circuit equivalent to a diode). In addition, the piezoelectric element p11 is connected to the emitter of the second transistor Q12 and negative feedback circuits for the transistors Q11, Q12 are provided to complete the driving circuit for the ink jet head.
