CONSTITUTION:An input signal SI is supplied to the first positive and negative peak holding circuit 10, and its output signals EP, EM are supplied to a switching circuit 41 of an amplitude correcting circuit 40. Also, an output signal of a level comparing circuit 7 is supplied to a measuring circuit 50 of run-length of a data of the input signal, this output signal is supplied to the amplitude correcting circuit 40, and the output amplitude of th first positive and negative peak holding circuit 10 is corrected in accordance with the run-length of the input data. This corrected signal is supplied to the second positive and negative peak holding circuit 20, positive and negative peak holding outputs of this circuit 20 are added mutually, and when its addition signal is added to the input signal SI, a signal whose threshold voltage part has been made zero volt is obtained as said addition output, and is supplied to the circuit 7, therefore, an output signal DO becomes a signal whose data has been sampled exactly.
