As a result, electromagnetic waves are irradiated uniformly throughout a wide angle by the conical face 61 and are synthesized with the reflection wave due to the plane 51 and the direct wave from a feeding element 2, thus obtaining a sufficiently intensive radiation characteristic in a wide angle.
