Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the fluctuation of a voice signal caused by a variance of delay time on the time axis, by making a voice packet, if detected, pass through a channel that holds the time axis. CONSTITUTION:A terminal control device performs a digital formation and a packet formation of a voice analog signal along with a packet formation of a data signal, and then gives an access to a pocket exchange through a packet multiplex circuit. For a voice packet, a hardware is set up at the inside of the exchange to make only the voice packet pass through in order to preserve a position relation on the time axis. For selection of an outgoing circuit, a circuit that is not used by other voice packets is selected. And for the packet position of the circuit, a voice packet is preferably made to pass, and a data packet is inserted to a vacant position.
